英語での挨拶は様々あります。
まずは初対面の人に会う時のシチュエーションから見てましょう。

初対面の人(挨拶）
A: It's nice to meet you →　（ニュアンス：初めまして）
B: It's nice to meet you too

初対面の人(お別れの挨拶）
A: It was nice to meet you　→　（ニュアンス：会えて良かったです）
B: It was nice to meet you too

二回目以上(挨拶）
A: It's nice to see you again　→　（ニュアンス：また会えて嬉しいです）
B: It's nice to see you again too

二回目以上(お別れの挨拶）
A: It's nice to see you again　→　（ニュアンス：また会えて嬉しいです）
B: It's nice to see you again too

注意点は"meet"か"see"を使うかです。"Meet"を使う場合は初めて会うと言うニュアンスがあります。
